David Street

This project involved designing a home for a young, creative family on one of two narrow lots created by subdividing a Central Austin property. The modest three-bedroom house strategically creates privacy from the bustling university neighborhood through a front courtyard wall and private side-yard, while featuring a contrasting screened porch in the backyard that extends the main living spaces outdoors.
