Nestled in the historic Travis Heights neighborhood, this single-family home transforms a challenging triangular corner lot into an innovative design through strategic landscaping and walls that create privacy while preserving heritage trees. The two-story residence features a distinctive stucco base separated from the upper floor by clerestory windows, with a gabled roof sheared to follow the lot’s triangular shape and site regulations.
