South 3rd

South 3rd is an addition to an existing bungalow in the neighborhood of Bouldin Creek. This 1,200 sf addition uses cork siding as a sustainable exterior finish. Other sustainable features include wood pulp insulation, mineral based paint and a sustainable flooring product.
